PHILTECH BUSINESS FRANCHISE POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENTS
By AVAILING the PHILTECH FRANCHISE NEGOSYO PACKAGE, it is clearly understood that you voluntarily avail to our Negosyo Package offered and you agree to abide and be bound by these company policies, terms, conditions, and franchise agreements governing PHILTECH Business Group’s negosyo packages, as well as the terms of use of this website.
APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION
Interested individual, or company or organization will apply & register in PHILTECH Online System (POS) Registration Form to avail to the NEGOSYO FRANCHISE PACKAGE. As part of our company policy and due diligence, the full process must be completed. Additionally, you must submit & upload valid ID for KYC (Know Your Customer) to unlock the full functions of your Business Dashboard.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Online Registration Form (“Registration Data”). Upon registration as a franchisee, you will be asked to pay for the NEGOSYO PACKAGE you choose. You will be asked to read carefully and understand the “TERMS & CONDITIONS” and “PRIVACY POLICY” during registration.
If registration is completed, you will receive an email notifications containing your log-in details of your PHILTECH BUSINESS Dashboard. You are aware that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your business account. Notify us immediately for any unauthorized access or illegal use or security breaches.
Whenever you log-in your dashboard, you will receive an email notification containing the OTP (One-Time PASSWORD). DO NOT SHARE your OTP with anyone. PHILTECH STAFF will never ask your OTP.
GRANT OF FRANCHISE
Means PHILTECH, INC. granted the license and rights to the Franchisee to operate the “Busineses or The Services” under the name of PHILTECH BUSINESS GROUP, and authorize to use the Company Name, Trade Name, Logo, Branding and Services for business purposes only.
LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES
PHILTECH, INC. allows the Franchisee to use our trade name PHILTECH BUSINESS GROUP or “PHILTECH”, our official logo and services for business purposes only. There are no provisions in this contract and agreement that Franchisee owns the systems or portion of it, and they are not stock-holder nor share holder of the company.
By using all the services included such as but not limited to; XpressTRAVELS, XpressLoad, XtressPOS, ATM WITHDRAWAL Services and other platforms included, you hereby aware the legal responsibilities and acknowledged that the systems are regulated by service providers, Thus, only legal transactions are allowed, any fraudulent activity will result in the immediate deactivation of your business account without prior notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials in this website including the brand name, logo, software, systems, marketing materials soft copy or hard copy and business packages are property of PHILTECH, INC. and protected by copyright and intellectual property law of the Philippines.
KYC REQUIREMENTS
Franchisee is required to submit basic KYC requirements to fully unlock your PHILTECH Dashboard and its services.
1. One (1) valid primary Government ID.
2. Selfie Picture with your Valid ID.
For ATM POS Withdrawal Business Requirements
- Business Permit (Mayor or Barangay)
- DTI registration for sole proprietors, or SEC registration for corporations/partnerships
- Picture of your store/shop
- Any Bank Account for Settlement (Must be clear copy)
- Sign MOA and Terms & Conditions
Franchisee will apply online, you can access the application forms inside your PHILTECH DASHBOARD. In the sidebar menu, please click ATM GO Form and fill-up all the fields needed. Once your application is approved, you will be asked to submit the requirements.
The approval or disapproval may vary depending in the location and requirements submitted. If the Management approved or disapproved, PHILTECH will notify the franchisee via email.
Franchisee is aware and hereby acknowledged that RCBC ATM Go Device is a FREE TO USE ONLY (Borrow or Lend only) to provide additional value-added-services to PHILTECH Business Package. Thus, ownership of the device is belong to RCBC and not the franchisee.
Franchisee may be granted or approved the USE OF ATM Go Device but subject to the Terms and Conditions set by both PHILTECH and RCBC. PHILTECH may change the policy including the CF shares if the providers change also their policy and convenience fee, or commercial rates.
NON-REFUNDABLE OF NEGOSYO FRANCHISE PAYMENT POLICY
Franchisee is aware and acknowledged that Franchise fee and any payments to PHILTECH BUSINESS FRANCHISE Package is NON-REFUNDABLE. This policy is non negotiable, if you do not agree this policy, please do not continue.
TERM & PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The BUSINESS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT is monthly and has no term or validity in terms of number of years, therefore it is flexible in nature depending on the franchisee. However, Franchisee is required to submit yearly Business Permit and other business documents needed for ATM POS services as required by BSP and Bank Provider.
BUSINESS TERRITORY
The Franchisee is fully aware that there is no-territorial exclusivity in PHILTECH BUSINESS since anybody can apply online and directly to our website.
Please be informed also that ATM WITHDRAWALS BUSINESS will follow the standard distance policy of at least 500 to 1,000 meters away from each merchants.
DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY
PHILTECH BUSINESS Group provides business opportunities and grants you full access to your Business Dashboard once your business requirements accepted. Meaning you can access all the services inside the dashboard.
PHILTECH developed a business eco-systems as tool for you to earn long-term, however, we do not promise you to become millionaire overnight or after a month or even a year, it is not guaranteed.
PHILTECH Business strategy is a hybrid tool that we want to teach you the process, but your earnings depends in your personal efforts and business application.
PHILTECH Business Group is just to provide you the Business Opportunity, Business Tools and Business Guide & Coaching. Therefore, PHILTECH will not be liable if you will not earn by these Business Platform.
REPRESENTATION & MARKETING
Franchisee is allowed to use our company name “PHILTECH or PHILTECH BUSINESS GROUP” to post and market in any social media platforms to promote the business. However, any misrepresentation, false advertising, or act of scamming , or any actions that may damage the reputation of PHILTECH or its providers will result in the automatic deactivation of your business account. All concerns should be addressed to higher management for immediate resolution.
MARKETING SUPPORT
PHILTECH, INC. offers FREE marketing materials such as tarpaulins, signage, and digital content to support franchise partners. However, posting unapproved marketing content on social media is prohibited.
PRODUCT & SYSTEM OPERATIONAL TRAINING
PHILTECH, INC. provides FREE product, operational and technical trainings for registered franchisee or their authorized representatives. These trainings cover the dashboard navigation, product knowledge, device operational standards, fraud detection and marketing.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Franchisee must maintain strict confidentiality of all business-related information and trade secrets. Disclosing such information to anyone or third parties is punishable by law.
BUSINESS AGREEMENT
The above policies and agreements form the complete and binding digital contract between PHILTECH, INC. (First Party) and the Franchisee (Second Party), who voluntarily availed and subscribed to PHILTECH NEGOSYO PACKAGE.
This digital contract is considered valid and effective upon payment of the monthly subscription fee.
